  • In this plan, carbs are consistent throughout all meals therefore clients can expect to feel fuller throughout the day. As part of this plan you will receive a daily Breakfast Smoothie, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, Dinner.
  • You’ll also enjoy one Fit Food dessert a day as part of your plan. Perfect with those with a sweet tooth
  • You’ll be enjoying approximately 1400 – 1600 calories a day (These will be reflected in the small containers that will be available in this program) and 1600-1800 calories a day for the large containers
  • This plan is gluten free, high in fiber, and antioxidants

Our meal plan offers a new menu, every day, for 12 consecutive days.   This ensures variety throughout your 25-day plan.  Please check our live menu and see what we are cooking!

Small Meal Plan:

  • 4 oz of protein
  • 1/2 cup of carbohydrates
  • 1/2 cup of vegetables or salad
  • Vegetarian meals have 1/2 cup of legumes 1/2 cup of carbohydrates & 1/2 cup of Vegetables
  • As part of a balanced meal plan, some meals will be soups and/or vegetarian
  • No grains for dinner
  • Some meals will differ from the information above. Contact us for more details

Large Meal Plan:

  • 6 oz of protein
  • 1 cup of carbohydrates
  • 1 cup of vegetables or salad
  • Vegetarian meals have 3/4 cup of legumes 1 cup of carbohydrates & 1 cup of Vegetables
  • As part of a balanced meal plan, some meals will be soups and/or vegetarian
  • No grains for dinner
  • Some meals will differ from the information above. Contact us for more details

Fit Food is able to make 2 alterations to our pre-set menu. During your checkout process please specify if you would like to make any 2 alterations to it. (ex. no dairy)
