Order Policy

Terms and Conditions:

We require two business days from the time of purchase to set up your individualized meal plan along with meal delivery. Once you purchase your plan you will be notified when our next available delivery date is.

CHARGES/PAYMENTS

By purchasing from Fit Food and FitFood.ca, you agree to a meal package that will be delivered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, except on Holidays.

  • Free delivery on orders equal or over $50.00 before taxes that are under 30 kilometers
  • $6.00 delivery charge for orders between 31 – 40 kilometers
  • $10.00 delivery charge for orders between 41 – 50 kilometers

If applicable, a revised delivery date notice will be communicated at least two business days prior of original delivery date.

To PAUSE or make CHANGES to your package, we require a minimum of two business days notice from the time of your next delivery. If you miss the cut off time we will not be able to pause or make changes to your package and your delivery will be sent.

Ingredients are fresh and ordered two business days prior, based on confirmed number of clients, therefore last minute cancellations and changes cannot be accommodated.

We allow 2 modifications to be made to your menu for free. Further modifications will be subject to a $15.00 fee for additional or extensive menu changes and custom packages.

Extra charges will apply for adding extra protein or carb to meals.

REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION

Fit Food does not offer refunds.

Clients are able to pause pre-paid packages, and continue once ready.

For clients that are on a payment plan, we can cancel the package with a minimum two business day notice and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Extra charges maybe be applied due to a discounted rate for long-term commitments.

If you wish to discontinue your plan, a refund is not available but credits are transferable.
