    I always tell the readers there’s nothing wrong with snacks. They can be best friends of our health and your post nails it.

    Also, when the situation calls for a quick fix, everyone can grab a fresh fruit or some nuts and seeds. My favorite snack is banana+roasted peanuts. Super-nutritious and super-tasty!
